Microsoft Outlook 2000

From the main Outlook menu, click on Tools then Accounts.

To add the new account, click on Add then Mail.

Enter the name you want to show up in the From field. Most people enter their name here.

Enter your email address, formatted as username@yourdomain.com.

Select POP3 as the incoming server type. For incoming mail server, input mail.yourdomain.com. For outgoing mail, put your ISP's smtp server (contact your ISP for more information regarding this). If your ISP does not offer SMTP, you can request SMTP access.

Input your full email address under Account name and input your password.

Select the appropriate setting for your Internet connection. Contact your ISP if you have questions on which to use.

Click on Finish to complete adding the new account.
